Rentals will not be made for less than 3 days in any of our Havana agencies. The limited mileage option starts with 3 rental days. In the rest of the country the limited mileage option does not have any time length restriction.

The unlimited mileage option is not available for less than 6 days. No car will be rented with unlimited mileage for less than 6 days, except for class F.

The insurance is mandatory. You must select one of the insurance types offered by All Ways Travel. The insurance offered by some credit cards are not valid for the insurance payment in Cuba will not be accepted.

The contract covers only the driver. Each additional driver must be included in the contract as it is opened at a cost of $10.00 each.

If the car is left in a different province from the one in which it was rented, you must pay for the return of the car to its province of origin. You can find out the return rates in our rates page.

All Ways Travel confirms only car classes, and not models. We will try to satisfy your model requests, but the confirmation you receive stands only for the car class.

All Ways Travel reserves the right to modify the rates of its car classes without advice. The reservations that have paid the initial amount will not be affected by any price rise.

When you rent the car you must make a warranty deposit. This amount will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period. the warranty prices start at $200.00 for all car classes, except for class E and F ($300.00 and $500.00 respectively).

The rent insurance should be paid in Cuba (in the rent a car office at the moment of the pick up) by credit card or cash. The warranty deposit should also be paid in Cuba.
